Q: Shipping - How long will it take to ship my artwork?
A: From the time you place your order until the artwork is delivered to your doorstep takes approximately 5-10 business days. Since each order varies in size and location, the production time and shipping varies for each order. Please allow 24 hours for us to process your request and 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) for your artwork to be produced. Once we put your artwork in the mail, we will update you with the expected artwork delivery date.
Q: Shipping - Will you send me my tracking number?
A: Yes - As soon as your artwork is in the mail, we will send you the tracking number so you have line-of-sight to your delivery date.
Q: Shipping - Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes - we ship artwork internationally to most places around the world. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all custom & import taxes. If you would like to have artwork shipped outside of North America, please contact us directly before placing your order to confirm we ship to your location
Q: Shipping - Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: No - we do not ship artwork to PO Boxes.
Q: Exchanges & Returns - Do you accept exchanges and/or returns?
A: Since every piece of artwork is crafted specifically for the buyer, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns.
Q: Damaged Artwork - My artwork arrived damaged. Will you replace it?
A: Yes - please take photographs of the damaged artwork and contact us here and we will be in touch shortly.
Q: Do you create custom photographs?
A: Yes - Mary's Mark is more than happy to create something custom for you. Some of our best experiences is delighting our clients with something custom for their artwork collection. Please send our artwork specialists a message and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
