Wellness from the Wild
by Mary’s Mark
Where forest, tide, and silence become your medicine.
Nature-based retreats for rest, reconnection, and remembering what matters.
You don’t need to escape your life. You need to return to the parts of you that got quiet somewhere along the way. That’s what we do here: with warm meals, wild water, and mornings that don’t require alarms.
This isn’t a detox. It’s a re-rooting.

We’re here to return—to quiet, to clarity, to your own rhythms.

Why Alaska
Because the Wild Remembers
Alaska doesn’t rush you.
The moss grows slowly. The tide takes its time.
Here, you’re reminded that growth can be quiet, and healing doesn’t have to be loud.
You don’t come to conquer the wild. You come to be softened by it.
This land isn’t a backdrop—it’s a teacher.
Who It’s For
For the Overextended, the Becoming, the Nature-Hungry
You don’t need to be a wellness expert to belong here.
If your body’s tired, your heart’s full, or your spirit’s just ready for a pause—you’re in the right place.
This retreat is for real people. Folks who love the outdoors but crave softness too.
The ones who feel most alive near ocean air and forest trails.

From Your Host
A note from Mary
These retreats came from my own need for something gentler.
A space that wasn’t about achievement or perfection—but about breathing deep, listening close, and letting the wild remind me who I am.
If that resonates with you, I hope I’ll see you in Alaska. You don’t have to bring anything but your honest self.
