Wild Within by Mary’s Mark

Wellness Retreats in Juneau, Alaska

Where forest, tide, and silence become your medicine.
Nature-based retreats for rest, reconnection, and remembering what matters.

You don’t need to escape your life. You need to return to the parts of you that got quiet somewhere along the way. That’s what we do here: with warm meals, wild water, and mornings that don’t require alarms.

This isn’t a detox. It’s a re-rooting.

UPCOMING: Wild Within: Founders’ Circle (Fall 2025)

This fall, I’m hosting the first-ever Wild Within gathering — a small, intimate retreat in Juneau, Alaska. Limited to just 3–4 participants, this weekend is designed as a quiet circle of connection, reflection, and creativity.

What you can expect:

  • Immersive time in Alaska’s fall wilderness — golden forests, shifting skies, the wild in transition

This is not a polished package — it’s the Founders’ Circle. The raw beginning of something that will grow in the years ahead. By joining, you’ll be part of shaping the Wild Within story and carrying it forward.

This is wellness rooted in something older than trends.
At Mary’s Mark, we offer small, soulful retreats in Mother Nature’s wilderness — grounded in movement, stillness, nature, and the messy, beautiful truth of being human.

No one’s here to perform.
We’re here to return—to quiet, to clarity, to your own rhythms.

  • Today we explore the wilder edge of wellness. After a grounding morning stretch, we head into Alaska’s raw beauty—hiking to a glacial overlook or cascading waterfall. Along the way, we pause for breath, reflection, and awe. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness before returning for an optional cold plunge, sauna, or herbal foot soak. The day ends with a storytelling circle under the stars.

Why Alaska

Because the Wild Remembers

Alaska doesn’t rush you.
The moss grows slowly. The tide takes its time.
Here, you’re reminded that growth can be quiet, and healing doesn’t have to be loud.

You don’t come to conquer the wild. You come to be softened by it.
This land isn’t a backdrop—it’s a teacher.

Who It’s For

For the Overextended, the Becoming, the Nature-Hungry

You don’t need to be a wellness expert to belong here.
If your body’s tired, your heart’s full, or your spirit’s just ready for a pause—you’re in the right place.

This retreat is for real people. Folks who love the outdoors but crave softness too.
The ones who feel most alive near ocean air and forest trails.

From Your Host

A note from Mary

These retreats came from my own need for something gentler.
A space that wasn’t about achievement or perfection—but about breathing deep, listening close, and letting the wild remind me who I am.

If that resonates with you, I hope I’ll see you in Alaska. You don’t have to bring anything but your honest self.
